Rules to govern Sweepstakes as posted on tupelo.net.

1. No purchase necessary.
2. To enter on the Internet, go to http://www.tupelo.net, click on the sweepstakes icon and fill out the registration form, including your full name, address, daytime phone number and email address. To enter by mail, send a postcard with your full name, address, daytime phone number and e-mail address to: Tupelo Convention & Visitors Bureau, Tupelo.net, P.O. Drawer 47, Tupelo, MS 38802. All entries become the property of the Tupelo Convention & Visitors Bureau and will not be returned. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries or any printing errors. Limit one entry per person. Mail in entries must be received 1 week before registration deadline. Entries submitted in violation of the tupelo.net Sweepstakes Entry Rules will be void including multiple entries.
3. The sweepstakes website rules are open to everyone 18 years of age and older except for employees and their families of the Tupelo Convention & Visitors Bureau and their respective affiliates, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their agents. This offer is subject to all U.S. laws. The offer is void wherever restricted by law.
4. Prize: Winner will be randomly drawn on or about 1 week from event date. The prizewinner will be notified to claim their prize by phone and e-mail and must respond with acceptance within 24 hours.
5. By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that neither the Tupelo Convention & Visitors Bureau or their respective shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents and/or advertising and promotional agencies, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner's agreement that Tupelo Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. may use and/or display the winner's name, address, likeness, biographical information and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without further consideration where not prohibited by law.
6. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
7. Taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable. No cash and no substitution allowed except by discretion of Sponsor due to availability.
