10 #MyTupelo Photos We Loved in December

1. @DJournalnow

The Christmas celebrations got kicked off early this past December, with the 69th Annual Reed’s

Tupelo Christmas Parade bringing Christmas cheer through downtown the night of December 1st!

2. @kolebnica

The Blackland Prairie Trail along The Natchez Trace Parkway is both human and pet-approved.

3. @meganchapman11

Disney’s Frozen On Ice came to the Bancorp South Arena earlier this month, and from the caption

on the photo: “the joy on Teddie’s face was the best!”

4. @twicker77

If the Natchez Trace ever stops being gorgeous to look at, we’ll stop putting up pictures of it, but

we don’t anticipate that happening any time soon.

5. @journeyintoblues

Some of the murals scattered across the downtown area are what give Tupelo such a down-home

feel, and this older Coca-Cola ad is one of our favorites.

6. @the_durty_trowel

If you’re looking to star-gaze, we might know a good place or two to go.

7. @chasijernigan

Christmas cheer was all over the place in Tupelo this past December, just ask Chasi Jernigan

and her family!

8. @raeleyart

The Christmas lights in Ballard Park are always a highlight every time the holiday season

comes around.

9. @frenchandsons

Anyone is welcome out at the Elvis Presley Birthplace, and we’re glad that the folks from

French & Sons Motorcycles in Meridian, MS enjoyed their trip!

10. (and a bonus!) @Big Bad Wolf Truck/@rob.lesley

December brought Tupelo a brand new food truck in the Big Bad Wolf! They’re open for business

and ready to serve you some serious BBQ-inspired dishes with a twist. Go see Miles, you won’t

be sorry.
