Abner White, Founder/President, is a former Ole Miss football player who established the first Abner's Famous Chicken Tenders in Oxford, Mississippi.
Ever since opening in 1993, the menu's staple food is its famous chicken tenders! All of the chicken is freshly marinated and battered in a special recipe and served along side unique dipping sauces too. None of the chicken is frozen either. Other menu items include salads, baked potatoes, wraps, slaw, garlic bread, and fries. Dine and enjoy the sports themed décor, which incorporates what local folks from Tupelo are most passionate about within the sports world.
