Elliott Devaughn
Overview
Mississippi native Elliott Devaughn is a singer-songwriter. She began studying music at the age of 13, first taking up guitar and then piano shortly after. Elliott's sound is heavily influenced by rock bands such as Sonic Youth, The Velvet Underground and The Strokes. In April 2025, her original song "Fell in Love Too Fast" won the University of North Alabama's high school songwriter competition. Elliott has played all over the south, from Jackson, MS, to Birmingham, AL, and up to Tennessee. She considers herself an indie rock artist, but is versatile in performing various genres of music.
