The Salty Pig
Overview
The Salty Pig food truck features a relatively simple menu: three meats, two sandwiches, four sides, and drinks. The trio of big flavors includes smoked meats such as brisket, ribs, and pulled pork, with sandwiches available for the brisket and pulled pork. Our homemade sides are baked beans, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, and coleslaw.
